Øvstebu
Øvstebu, new 2007, is approx 50 sq.m and accommodates up to 6 people in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has bunk beds with a double (120cm) berth at the bottom. Tiled bathroom with shower/WC. Lounge with wood burning stove, 40" TV, radio, WiFi. Corner kitchen with three heating plates, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment. Heated floors. Outside terrace with furniture.
The cabin area is designed to be car free, but there is a road right to
the door in the summer for baggage collection and delivery. Throughout
the winter the road is prepared by the trail machine. Distance to the
parking at Venabu is ca. 200m. The hotel can transport baggage, hire out
bed linen, deliver food and clean the cabin, etc. Talk to reception for
further details
The hirer must supply consumables such as soap, toilet paper, candles,
etc. Even though there are heated floors, the main source of heating is
wood throughout the winter. Cabin hire includes electricity and wood.
Please note, pets are not normally allowed in this cabin. Exceptions for one well behaved dog with prior agreement only.
