Haugbu is a roomy cabin which has two lounges, a large and small kitchen, two bathrooms, sauna, four bedrooms and a small cupboard in the entrance hall. There are 10 sleeping places. The cabin can be divided into two well divided cabins and can be hired separately. This is an ideal solution for two couples or families who want to have separate living areas but share a lounge or dining area. Haugbu can also be used as a main cabin when hiring some of the other small cabins for a group.

There is a very good view over Muen (1424m) and the Rondane mountains. The cabin area is free of cars, but with loading access in the summer. In the winter the road is prepared by the ski trail machine.

Distance to parking at the hotel is only 100m. The hotel can transport luggage, hire out bed linen, deliver food, etc. Contact reception for further details.

Those who hire the cabin must provide disposables themselves, such as washing up liquid, toilet paper, candles, etc. There is underfloor heating, but the main source of heating in the winter is the wood burning oven. The hire price includes wood and electricity. Perfect for 4-12 people. Pets not normally allowed but a quiet dog can be included if agreed in advance.

Haugbu sør (south)
Can be hired separately. Lounge with wood fire, large bedroom med double bed, mini kitchen with fridge. Tiled bathroom with shower / wc. TV/ radio, coffee machine, mixer, fire. Ideal for a couple but can accommodate 3-4 people.

Haugbu nord (north)
Can be hired separately. Lounge with wood burning fireplace, long table for 12-14 people og corner area for 5-6 people. Three bedrooms, one with double bed. Altogether sleeps 7 including double sofa-bed. TV-radio. Sauna and tiled bathroom with shower&wc. Outdoor shed.
